  The people that work at this toys r us are unhappy & rude to customers, they had me on hold for 10 min when I asked to speak to a manager & didn’t get threw so just finally hung up. The woman I was on the phone did not want to help me look for a toy I was looking for at all, she was very careless, & said she couldn’t give me that info over the phone. Made no sense, I called back & spoke to the manager he was nice & helpful.

  I had a pleasant experience this evening when I was in your store. I had asked several people where stuff might be located and which stuff goes with which and if they didn't know they went to find out the information for me. You should be very proud of the people that you have working in that store go
