  This place is an embarrassment. I went in there twice in the last few months to upgrade and buy a new watch and it was If I was bothering the workers by asking questions. Not only when I walked in did it take the employees a quiet game of “who’s gonna help this guy” to decide which one had to actually do their job, but you also got the sense that they were upset you just walked in. Finally when the employee put his personal phone away to help, it took him about 5 minutes to finally ask for my number. Couldn’t tell you his name, no name tag, didn’t introduce himself, barely even opened his mouth to get the words out. I went there to literally spend more money on you guys but the lack of professionalism and complete blatant carelessness of the employees is making me consider other options. Lazy lazy lazy

  Absolutely unprofessional, I was having a conversation with the manager and just completely walked away and ignored me. Don't expect customer service, as I couldn't get help just to find an accessory.

  so unprofessional its laughable. After waiting around for a half hour while the sales dude texted away on his phone the entire time i was at the counter he says he was unable to pull up any info on my account. literally do not do business at this location until they get some qualified staff thats professional and can handle issues.
