- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆June 16, 2020, by Kelly McCSeems like when CVS moved to it's current location the wait time at the pharmacy is horrible. Friday afternoons seem to be the busiest time at the pharmacy department. Even if your prescription is ready the line to pickup is anywhere from 10-20 minutes. If you're dropping off a prescription in person and/or through your physicians office you may have to wait up to an hour. If you are not using the pharmacy department then you're in luck. Customer service up front is excellent with minimal wait time.
